I recently needed a new crown. Dr. Castillo was brought in and due to his excellent bedside manner and patience I felt immediate confidence in him and his staff. It took two more times for the finished product due to matching the correct shade of the new crown. Dr. Castillo was totally honest with me and wanted me to be completely satisfied. I was also very impressed with the lead technician in the office, Jesse, who was instrumental in matching the correct shade to my teeth. I would recommend this dental office to everyone in need of a dentist.

Ramon D. Castillo DDS is the best dentist. I usually in the past have been so uncomfortable in the chair. Doctor is amazing. I know when I go to Agoura Family Smiles he will take care of me. My teeth feel great as well.

First off I hate the dentist. I get sick bad anxiety and my body shakes and hands sweat. I walked in early this morning with so much pain in my tooth. I could take the pain anymore. I had to find somewhere to go since my regular dentist couldn’t get me in until next week. I got X-rays and Dr. Castillo came in and took very great care of me I couldn’t thank him enough for taking all the pain away with just an few shots. I feel so good right now with no pain just a little bit of soreness where he pulled out my tooth. Thank you again Dr. Castillo for being so calm and making me feel so much better. Highly recommend this Dr. very caring and assistant was very sweet and nice. Thank you both for helping me get thru this day!

Ramon D. Castillo, my biggest blessing of this crazy 2020!  He truly cares about the well being of his patients. I went in for a filling and was informed of more work needed to avoid future issues. He was informative in a professional, caring and honest manner, not with a money hungry vendetta. He truly is all about his patients. Might I add his work is amazing!!

The rest of the staff including the front desk and dental assistants are also very friendly and make the experience as pleasant as possible.

I have now had 2 appointments… and they have been awesome! I first had my x rays done by Jorge and he was so polite and professional next I saw Dr. Castillo and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer dentist. He was very calming and gentle. Then I went back and had a deep cleaning by Marie who also was so gentle and comforting! The entire staff is amazing!!! I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dentist Ramón D. Castillo. He pays great attention to detail and always make sure I love my crown or inlay before signing off. If I didn’t like something, he made sure to fix it as soon as possible, without any issues. He is patient, careful, and a very skilled dentist.
